This page covers what we collect when you message us on WhatsApp, send us your data for a free demo, or visit 9thhouse.io. We are a small studio run by Rohan Kulkarni. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything except the work you asked for.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and the messages you send us on WhatsApp, including from our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Anything you send for a demo: screenshots, spreadsheets, photos of registers, sample enquiries. You can hide names and numbers before sending; the demo works just as well.
- On this website: which page you visited, the ad you came from (utm tags), device type and country. No account.
Why
To reply to you, to build the demo on your own data, and to book a call with Rohan if you want one. Some replies on WhatsApp are written by Tessaa, our AI assistant; if you ask, we'll always tell you which. Prices, scope and dates only ever come from Rohan.
Who else handles it
Meta runs WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. To build a demo we may process your data with AI model providers (through OpenRouter, for example Anthropic's Claude). This website runs on Cloudflare. Each handles the data only to provide their service to us.
Messages you send to our WhatsApp number are saved on Cloudflare. A copy of your name, number and message also goes to a private Telegram group that only Rohan and Tessaa can read; Telegram handles it only to deliver that copy.
On the repeat-rate and ad pages, a Meta pixel records the visit and a tap on Chat on WhatsApp so Meta can measure the ad that brought you; it uses a cookie in your browser. You can block it in your browser settings and the page still works.
How long we keep it
Demo data is deleted within 30 days of the demo, unless you become a client and ask us to keep it. Chat history stays in WhatsApp until you or we delete the chat. The copy we save of your messages stays until you ask us to delete it. Website visit records are kept for up to 12 months.
Deleting your data
Send "delete my data" on WhatsApp, or email [email protected]. We'll delete what we hold within 7 days and confirm when it's done. This also covers data that came to us through our Facebook app.
